Theory and practice supported, taught and supervised by ENT doctors
We offer healthcare professionals and audiologists professional training in the field of ears: anatomy and pathology of ear, ear canal and eardrum, recognizing healthy ears and pathologies and, of course, working in the ear.
Earwax removal with microsuction is one of our specialties. We offer this physician assistants and audiologists to relieve the hospital and the ENT doctor. And we are trying to motivate general practitioners and their assistants to switch from blowing out ears to sucking out ears and support with that.
We offer both university-developed theoretical e-learning modules and ENT doctor-developed and taught practical day sessions and days to provide the best professional ear care and safe ear work.
An important technological innovation that has made working in the ear canal approachable is the Vorotek O Scope head-mounted microscope. It enables 3D vision of the ear canal, is easy to use and requires only a small investment.
Our target audiences:

Physician assistants who want to start removing earwax
Relieve the burden on hospital ENT doctors by working as a physician assistant or hospital audiologist to remove earwax under the supervision of one's own ENT doctor.

Audiologists and Hearing Care Professionals who are looking to start removing Ear Wax in their retail outlets.
Help clients with ear canal blockages quickly, efficiently and safely without referral to a medical specialist. That increases customer satisfaction and ensures better utilization of your valuable time.

GPs and GP assistants who want to switch to microsuction
Irrigation to remove cerumen introduces water under pressure into the ear canal and you cannot see what you are doing. Microsuction is safer, cleaner, faster, more widely applicable and more enjoyable.
Dry ear canal cleaning training
The Dry Ear Canal Cleaning Training with Microsuction and Curettage for Hearing Care Professionals.
We train audiologists to remove earwax under direct 3D vision using microsuction with vacuum pump and curettage techniques.
After our thorough training, you can safely and confidently remove wax and foreign objects (such as plugs) from the ear.
Where necessary and required (as in the Netherlands), you will work with the supervision of a medical specialist such as an ENT specialist.
At the moment we offer the extended training (incl. practical day) only in the Netherlands. We are busy with Germany and Belgium.
Do you live outside the Netherlands and want to purchase the equipment and take training to remove earwax with suction?

We also offer these components separately and repackage them in different combinations to meet the needs of other audiences. We also provide on-site training when there is sufficient enrollment.

After component 2, you will be familiar with the equipment and get to work in your own environment with component 3 – 20x earwax removal under supervision where you will have access to the MPS Routeplanner© and the Earwax File©.
Upon successful completion of these 3 sections, you will earn the “Dry Ear Cleaning – Theory & Practice” certificate and maintain access to the MPS Routeplanner© and the Earwaxdossier©.
You are now ready to remove earwax independently – but in the Netherlands always under the supervision of a medical specialist such as an ENT doctor:
- If you’re an audiologist, in which case you always work under ENT supervision and take out an ENT Supervision Subscription for each store to be allowed to work in the extended arm of the ENT doctor.
- Are you a physician assistant, physician’s assistant or audiologist in a hospital? In that case, you work under the supervision of your physician.

Each earwax removal is reviewed by an ENT doctor afterwards and you will receive feedback on your actions. You can also use the chat feature in the Earwax file or whatsapp to quickly get in touch with our ENT doctors if you have questions or need help.
In addition to training, we offer you all the Instruments and Disposables in one place to start safely removing earwax in your store. To make it easy for you and to make sure you don’t have to question quality.
