EarwaxShop Subscription – SILVER

Would you like your store to be listed on the EarwaxShop website as an EarwaxShop Certified Partner?

This website gives visibility to all audiologists and their stores trained by Alsoka Medical to remove earwax in the extended arm of the ENT doctor. We literally put you on the map.

These are the entry requirements for taking out an EarwaxShop subscription for your store location:

1. There is at least one certified Professional present at the store location
2. A Supervision subscription is in place for the site and the Earwax Dossier is used consistently and without exception for all earwax toilets
3. You commit to handling all leads that come in through the website within one business day
4. You place the EarwaxShop quality seal clearly visible in the store and on the website (with appropriate text and provided with a backlink to the EarwaxShop website)
5. You give us permission to place an EeawaxShop location on Google Maps at the address of the store for the purpose of collecting reviews

Are these admission requirements acceptable? Then take out one of the EarwaxShop subscriptions.

There are 3 levels:

• SILVER: the entry level, for when less than 4 leads per month are directed to your store
• GOLD: for when 8 or more than leads are consistently directed to your store then your store’s subscription “promotes” to this level
• PLATINUM: for if 12 or more than leads are consistently directed to your store then your store’s subscription “promotes” to this level
